As a company we are aware that some people maybe wary of taking on services from tradesmen who are not known to them, this is partially borne out  by the fact that a high per centage our work is from recommendation by those who have already dealt with us.

The Federation of Small Builders and Guild of Master Craftsmen are two independant professional bodies who exist to look after  the interests of small businesses and their customers. Amongst their aims is to ensure that their members provide customers with a quality of service they can reasonably expect. They offer a means of dealing with differences between customers and the service provider, inserting an independant element into the process.

ADS agrees with the codes of practice set by these bodies and quality of delivery is paramount to them in providing a service second to none.
